JOB DESCRIPTION
Duration: 9 months
Working week: 40hrs
The individual must be able to build relationships with clients and identify and tailor approaches and solutions according to their needs. Specific responsibilities will include development of business requirements, development of project plans, overall project management and ultimately execution. Widespread cross-functional interaction with a strong emphasis on communication & co-ordination skills requires the candidate have the ability to impact/influence decisions & individuals without formal authority. Time management and prioritization skills are essential. The ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals as team player is crucial for success.
Management of Change:
- Work with Operations Line Management as well as IT and related business functions to identify, document and deliver process change utilizing project management techniques
- Execute front-to-back business process analysis, identify and manage risks and develop buy-in with business functions and IT for solutions
- Develop an understanding of bank wide process improvement initiatives, build peer relationships and leverage synergies.
People Management
- Execute business and process knowledge exchange programme between FX/CCT Ops Change and the business functions
- Ensure transparency to business functions via regular updates of issues and progress to plan.
