MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing structure process, including project tracking and reporting as part of an establishing a Project Management Office for an organization or as part of a position performing project management.
2. Expert proven skill level with hand-on experience with MS Project (version 2003 and Project Server) including project plan development, tracking, and reporting.  This includes structuring project plans, developing views or exporting data for Executive Management status presentations. 
3. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
4. Proven experience developing job descriptions, creating a resource acquisition plan, and background direct support for the coordination, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution of resource management
5. Hands-on experience establishing processes and performing reviews and processing of projections, invoices, and other such documents, including ensuring deliverables are completed and appropriate approvals are obtained per scheduled dates.
6. 3 years of experience as a hands-on “staffer” in a Project Management Office using MS Project to develop and maintain project plans, track progress against plan, and provide standardized and ad hoc reporting.
