Your job as a Manager within User Services and Operation (USO) Program Management Americas will be to provide team and project leadership for a variety of technology initiatives with a team of 8 to 12 individuals. You will be accountable to the Regional Group Manager for USO Program Management. You will develop and support 8 to 12 team members to grow them towards complex projects in a global environment. You will track and summarize projects within the team for trends, financials, and major deliverables. You will foster relationships with the Wealth Management US Information Services Division to support application deployments and Peacon projects. You will foster relationships with USO senior management to ensure quality program management. You will communicate to the business of the project scope, objectives and impact. You will document all work-flows associated with the initiatives, including change the bank and run the bank. You will track project deliveries and milestones. You will negotiate service level agreements with internal and external service providers.

You are a professional with a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years managerial and brokerage industry experience. You have fundamental application, networking and client/server knowledge. You have proven analytical and process design skills. You can successfully manage a team and have expertise in project management tools and techniques. You can multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. You are proficient in Microsoft applications.
