JOB DESCRIPTION

Duration; 6 month contract
Hours; 9/ Day

The candidate will work on a small team focused on space management planning and execution for the IT population in the Stamford, CT and NYC offices. The team will report directly to the Regional IT Chief of Staff for the Americas, and they will be responsible for maintaining detailed floor plans and approving/coordinating all phone/desk moves. S/he will need to be able to balance and prioritize requests across all IT streams and levels. The team is also responsible for status updates to senior mgt and ensuring that their day-to-day deliverables are consistent with the overall space strategy, as defined by the Regional Head of IT.

*Will be responsible for providing space updates and reports to senior management.
*Desirable to have project management experience related to space management.
*Will need to liaise with Building Services to address premises issues for the entire IT population.
*Must be comfortable with Excel. - Must be detail-oriented, especially while multi-tasking.
*Excellent verbal communication skills
