Global Investment Bank located in New York, NY has an immediate full time opportunity for an experienced Business Support Manager.

Job Purpose	A senior functional role, based in New York, reporting to the COO for Global Middle & Back Office Technology. Manage the group’s administrative execution function in support of GMBT’s successful delivery against client and management expectations.
Responsibilities	Candidate will be responsible for managing core but geographically dispersed administrative functions that support the GMBT team. These functions include; financial reporting, analysis and planning, resource management, operational risk, communications/associate engagement, real estate, vendor management, quality and productivity, project management office functions, infrastructure optimization and offshore resource engagement. A measure of success in doing this will be the ability of the candidate to stand in for the GMBT COO in any given situation. Responding to ad hoc requests for research, analysis and presentation will be a significant part of the role. Potential to take lead on wider global topics for the GMBT team. Career development towards COO role. Occasional travel may be required.
