| Main Job Function | |
| Provide leadership and direction at a detailed level for development teams during the end-to-end full lifecycle of build the bank project activities. | |
| Main Duties and Responsibilities | |
| The successful candidate will:• Manage and lead a team of developers based on-site, near-shore and fare-shore. • Design and estimate tactical/strategic solutions for application enhancements requests.• Code, unit test and deliver tactical/strategic solutions.• Contribute to project planning and reporting.• Contribute during the test phases of the project, making sure that the applications are compliant with the specified requirements and constraints.• Perform the related quality assurance, configuration and change management tasks.• Participate in code/design reviews, knowledge sharing, mentoring and teambuilding.• Liaise with other groups within Credit Derivatives IT and/or the Bank to acquire information/knowledge required to perform project tasks. | |
| Qualifications/Education Required | |
| A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a numerate discipline. | |
| Qualifications/Education Preferred | |
| An appropriate combination of education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement. | |
| Experience Required | |
| Experience managing development teams, both remote and on-site. | |
| Experience Preferred | |
| Investment Banking experience Front office trading applications Credit Derivatives. | |
