· End to end interfacing with 9 Client category managers, 2 CP finance managers, track savings on a spreadsheet, work with Rich to ensure the format, data needed to true-up is captured monthly and ongoing
· Need to develop a process to gather Client information, report information, reconcile with the client and then do a monthly readout with the facts.
· We need a tracking system to capture results on a weekly basis.
