SIA releases its "Report on Compensation of Top Management in Small and Regional Firms -- 2005"This year's "Report on Compensation of Top Management in Small and Regional Firms" provides compensation data for 18 senior executive positions at participating firms. For each position, this study provides information on short- and long-term incentives, retirement plans, and executive perquisites and base salary. Numerous summary tables and position-by-position data arrays are provided. Data in this year's report comes from forty-three member firms. In 2005, participating firms employed nearly 35,000 and generated over $12.5 billion in gross revenues. Firms are segmented into three groups based on Total 2005 Gross Revenue.
