Wall Street's new style of risk-taking raises concerns

A new style of firm has emerged on Wall Street in recent years -- "one that acts primarily as a trader and only secondarily as a traditional investment bank" -- according to a BusinessWeek cover story. The new era is marked by a new tolerance for risk, and things have worked out well. At least so far.
