Bill Cosby to New Orleans' Blacks: Look at 'Wounds' of Crime
Bill Cosby, who has stirred controversy for his criticism of some aspects of modern black culture, told a rally headed by black leaders recently that blacks in New Orleans need to look at the "wound" that was there before Hurricane Katrina struck.
