Position: Organzational Change Manager

Location: Various US

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 Base

Responsibilities:

This position requires up to 100% travel.
The ideal candidate will live within a reasonable commuting distance of
a core city location which includes: Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, New
York City, White Plains, Washington DC, Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco
or Los Angeles. Unless they are Organizational Change within
Pharmaceuticals then they need to live in the NY, NJ or PA area.

Our client is seeking someone who has been involved in strategy work
helping clients to figure out where they want to go next or helping
clients in the midst of changes within business process(Supply Chain,
procurement, CRM) or implementing ERP systems, shared services, merger
and acquisition, spin offs, companies experiencing great growth and not
sure how to manage the changes, or outsourcing. Candidates can be out of
Pharma, financial services, media, retail, aerospace and defense.
telecomm, energy, entertainment, etc. The ideal candidate will be in the
Organizational Change or business strategy groups at the big 4
consulting firms or comparable firms.
