Developers and BA's in Equities

Hi,

I'm currently working on recruitment projects for two major Wall Street
Investment Banks.

We're looking for developers, tech leads, and business analysts
experience in equities - equity derivatives would be best, but the
client will also consider strong candidates from an equities background
as well.

For the developers and tech leads, technical proficiency in c++, java,
or c# is also required (but just one of the three is necessary).
The compensation range on the development roles is in the 125-150k
range on the base, with total compensation to potentially exceed 250k.
Obviously, compensation is dependant on the level of the role, and the
candidates profile, but the salary range I've provided is based on the
level of roles available.

The salary range for the BA's is 110-120k base, plus 15-20% bonus.
