I'm the CR manager of a small architectural metal-fabrication company in New York City. I would like to extend my company's public relations between businesses in our field of work. We design and fabricate custom items (custom orders only) - handrails, bollards, doors and windows, and etc. We are well known for the great quality of our products and amazing artistic designs for which we had received numerous awards and certifications.
Our company website had just been developed and thus we would like to offer link-exchange with other websites in our field of work. Since we are not a large company and we work primarily in the state of New York, we can not handle nationwide orders and because of this we are trying to create our own metal fabrication network. The idea behind this is simple - when we receive a request from client in Arizona, we can't offer him services since Arizona is too far away, so instead of loosing this client we would like to recommend another company that is handling this region for this type of service. Other situation is when we don't have any free resources and we can't accept new orders, then we will ask for help from "networking companies" Hopefully other participants in this network would do the same and transfer clients to us (if they are not working in our region).
Part one of the information that we would require is: Full company profile - company size, location, service areas, services offered (manufacturing and maintenance), contact information, senior staff. This information is going to be provided to clients when they request services offered by your company.
Part two is building mutual website link-exchange - placing our website in your partner links section or anywhere on visible location. This will promote our websites on search engines, so your corporate website will be visited more often and the chances of receiving more clients from the web will increase immediately.
