Angry UBS "logic bomber" gets eight years in prison

A former UBS systems administrator was sentenced to eight years in prison for detonating a "logic bomb" in the company's computer system because he was upset by the size of his annual bonus. Roger Duronio had concocted an elaborate plot in which he bought stock options betting UBS shares would fall when the bomb began deleting files. But the shares held steady and Duronio lost $23,000.
