Spitzer sues H&R Block over retirement plans, again
Mr. Spitzer sued H&R Block, the nation�s largest tax preparer, in March, claiming that it had encouraged clients to put tax refunds into retirement accounts that charged more in fees than they earned. Now he's refiled the lawsuit.
