BofA considering card processing networkBank of America Corp., which issues most of its credit-cards through Visa USA, says it is considering launching its own card and processing network, according to CEO Kenneth Lewis. The company is already the top issuer of debit and credit cards, but could be poised to compete against Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
