Business & Geographic Scope:Leadership of the definition, delivery and deployment phases of the Project Process, including management of the project budget. Likely to be global in scope.Complexity:Initiating and managing large projects, based in multiple locations, with no supervision.

Manages programmes within Reuters Project Practice standards to time, quality and budget.

Priority of projects: 6 plus years

Resource allocation: 10 plus

Project duration: 1-2 years

Organisational complexity: Many different parts of the organisation need to be involved to achieve goals, some may have conflicting priorities and working (cultural) practices are very different
