Tax bill detractors are off-track:Despite complaints that the White House tax measures are partial to the rich, The Wall Street Journal's Stephen Moore points out that for every 100 Americans, the wealthiest three pay more taxes than the other 97 combined. Moore says this is partially due to economic expansion, which has increased overall wealth, and put more Americans in the higher income brackets.
