Project Management Office and Change Management Job Description

Business Dimensions
The Project Management Office is responsible for the monitoring and control of the portfolio of technology initiatives within Smith Barney. The PMO provides work status and financial transparency to sector management, the lines of business, and within SB Technology.

Development Value
Provide �Change Management� across all initiatives within the responsibility of the Chief Technology Officer. This position manages the overall workplan from requirements gathering through to implementation. On a project by project basis, this role works collectively with the senior technology manager to ensure proper controls, status reporting, and sector reporting.

Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes
Ability to interact with Senior Management within all areas of Smith Barney and other areas of Citigroup as appropriate
Gathering and reporting information at both the LOB and sector levels

Key Responsibilities
Ensure adoption of the sector project management standards, including tools, dashboard reporting, and consolidated status reporting

Develop and manage the PMO implementation plan
Manage and coordinate UAT process
Manage roll-out schedule
Manage vendor through project completion as needed

Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years general business and project management experience
Excellent project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong facilitation skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to function in a matrix environment
