Few Companies Voluntarily Disclose EEO Data
Ten years after the Glass Ceiling Commission recommended that public companies voluntarily disclose their equal employment opportunity (EEO) data to encourage the advancement of women and people of color in the workplace, nearly half of Standard & Poor's 100 companies fail to do so, a new survey finds.
