The Regional Director positions will operate from the hub offices (in caps):

Virginia); CHICAGO (Indiana, Minneapolis-St. Paul,Wisconsin); ATLANTA (Birmingham, Charlotte, Memphis, Mississippi, Nashville,NC Triangle); DALLAS (Central Texas, Houston, Louisiana, Oklahoma); and NORTHERN CALIFORNIA (Oregon, Puget Sound).

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for operational management of an assigned region to include implementing sales plans, goals, and metrics, supervising staff, and managing activities for customer service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
- Oversee Regional Office operations, processes, procedures and staff activities to achieve account management, sales and client servicing goals
- Responsible for fiscal management
- Manage, coach and develop staff, with particular focus on client
servicing and account development skills
- Work with Industry Vertical Vice President and Sales Manager to expand market opportunities and provide optimal client servicing
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Supervise staff teams to ensure that intern coaching, advising, and
retention standards are met
- Acts as catalyst to affect conversion
- Provide input on intern recruitment strategies and training curriculum=

- Analyze market conditions for business development
- Market and promote INROADS brand
- Manage Regional Advisory Council/Board

QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree (BS or BA); advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of management level experience required with demonstrated operational management skills and business acumen.
Demonstrated account management, customer service and selling skills required.
Demonstrated supervisory experience required, preferably in a virtual environment; ability to build/develop high performance teams.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of staff and clients.
Microsoft Office, PC and web function skills required
Must be able to travel as needed.

Position: Training and Performance Manager

Summary
The Training & Performance Manager plans, organizes and delivers training and development programs to support store operations. The incumbent partners with Store operations to assess and diagnose specific training and development needs, develop performance improvement recommendations, identify appropriate solutions, and review effective implementation.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial/organization psychology, education or related field and five to seven years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in conducting needs assessments, delivering technical and behavioral training at all levels in an organization plus a working knowledge of multiple training theories are required in order to coach and consult with a wide variety of employees.

Prefer significant facilitation experience in a collaborative, performance driven environment. Should have the ability to manage and/or perform ultiple projects and assignments, often under tight time constraints and changing priorities. This position is expected to ensure linkage of training and development programs with strategic company initiatives.

Employment Status/Location
The position is full time, based at 1825 Swift in North Kansas City, Missouri. 50% travel is required.

This position provides assistance with installing, configuring, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting the FHLBank's LAN/WAN. Implements best practices, LAN policies, procedures, and standards and ensures their conformance with information systems and organization objectives. Assists in creating and maintaining networking architectural, procedural and administrative solutions. Assists with analyzing the results of network monitoring and recommends changes to improve capacity and utilization.

Assists in presentation of information to management resulting in purchase and installation of hardware/software. Executes the FHLBank's Information Systems Security and Configuration Change Control policies and procedures for Information Technology systems.

This position requires knowledge at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent and two to four years of experience with installing, updating and maintaining new and existing network resources and services. Candidate must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Networking, network security, protocols (TCP/IP and related protocols such as DHCP, WINS, DNS, SMTP, POP3, and SNMP); and networking products such as Cisco routers/switches, Cisco PIX firewalls, T1/T1/T3 circuits, and Windows XP platforms. Candidate must have good analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Oracle administration, AIX 5.2 and Solaris 8/9i beneficial.

This position is exposed to moderate noise volume when working in the Server Room and must be able to lift and move equipment weighing approximately 30 pounds. The incumbent may be expected to work during hours outside of the normal work schedule.
