Position: Process Change Manager
Location: Charlotte NC
Salary: $81,000-$97,000 Base + Bonus
Responsibilities: Responsible for Enterprise IT Change process design, advocacy & continuous improvement for all of IT as part of Availability Management. Will serve as Change Process Champion. Will be involved in analysis & design of data with the goal of higher availability through best practice IT change. Works collaboratively with Change Ops Team Manager & PICCT Manager to drive change process issue resolution & enhancements. Provides comprehensive consulting to clients & IT Management/staff in identification & resolution of change review operational issues through better processes. Works directly with direct technology support areas to ensure that Change process is effective. Has primary ownership over broad awareness & understanding of Change Process and is final decision maker for change process interpretation. Gathers feedback & keeps CIO & TS organizations informed on Change processes. Evaluates & prioritizes with change advocates any significant tool or process changes. Involved in requirements & UAT activity for tool enhancements or version upgrades. Participates & assists efforts to develop technology products, service standards & development efforts. Responds & coordinates efforts to any internal or external audits. Maintains change processes integration with other processes within Availability Management. Maintains process documentation, including process flows, detail sheets, standards, roles & responsibilities. Works with Process Manager to set appropriate control points for process compliance monitoring. Devises & rolls out a communication plan for each substantial process or procedure revision, enhancement or new development. Achieves annual goals as agreed on performance plan as well as directing, planning, instructing, checking & administrating operational & administrative activities of Change process. Formulates & realizes goals & plans as related to the Department Goals developed & documented in performance plan annually & updated at least quarterly. Identifies & effectively utilizes resources to support areas of responsibility. Establishes quality & performance targets. Serves as a point of escalation for resolution of unresolved problems, complaints & complex service requests. Participates in projects, representing interests of the Departement & balancing that with a view that achieves greatest benefit to the entire corporation. Prepares & maintains a work plan & status document to track status of initiatives. Build business awareness among teams to foster improved understanding of one another`s business goals.
Specific requirements include:
Proven track record of sustained superior performance.
Demonstrated ability to work with leadership & stakeholders to design, develop, deploy & communicate high level & detailed processes.
Ability to evaluate issues & to develop & communicate an action plan to resolve issues.
Attention to detail as demonstrated though involvement in tool requirement gathering, process detail sheets, standards development & experience in delineation of roles & responsibilities.
Proven ability to produce accurate, understandable documentation, including process diagrams, detailed procedures & various communication methods.
Aptitude to learn change process, change standards & change tool(s).
Additional requirements are:
Proven ability to manage competing priorities of our business groups against enterprise & shareholder values & ability to promote best solutions to both enterprise & business areas.
Aptitude to learn other Availability Management processes.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. This is to include demonstrated ability to quickly develop presentations & written evaluations & translations of goals or issues, their trends, as well as points to highlight.
Strength to evaluate risks rewards & impacts of decisions at enterprise level, balanced with ability to take action in a decisive, market-appropriate manner for business units.
Candidate Must Have :
` Preferred 7-10 years of IT Experience
` Preferred 3-5 years of Process Change Management Experience
` Preferred 1-3 years of Availability Management Experience
` Must have working experience with ITIL - preferred 1-3 years experience
` Preferred IT Consulting background
